1. Zero Waste
All the waste from manufacturing is recycled and converted to granules. These granyles are then used in the manufacturing process itself, to produce new goods.
2. Energy Efficiency
Extrusion machines that convert granules to liquid need high intensity energy. By insulating the heating zones of the extruders, we substantially minimize the heat dissipation & reduce energy consumption.
3. Water Conservation
We recycle the water jused for the quenching baths of the extrders.
4. Green Campus
Green campus 150 trees planted in the factory
5. Packaging
No tree-damaging catons are used. Instead we employ flexible & reusable HDPE bags to package final products.
